The process industry and particularly the petrochemical plants need bleeder cleaners to operate normally.  A bleeder cleaner is an apparatus designed to rid gunk build-up in bleeder valves.  This gunk in the process creates clogs or blockages in various parts known as bleeder valve or pressure taps and makes equipment difficult to remove for maintenance.  Most importantly, it can cause the user to believe a bleeder valve is functioning when it is not functioning at all.  This can cause an industrial accident when process material suddenly lets loose and blows out spewing whatever is in the process to the atmosphere.  This material can be at such a temperature that it auto-ignites in the atmosphere.  It is sometimes possible that this material may be a flammable gas that may form a dangerous vapor cloud.  It is also possible that this material may be highly corrosive and cause the user a chemical reaction.  In fact, there are so many possibilities that they cannot all be listed here.  Remember, a bleeder cleaner is the only truly safe method to clean a clogged bleeder valve or tap.  Bleeder valves are constantly plugging in these plants.  It is important to have a bleeder cleaner available to solve these clogging problems.
